Around Barcelona... a masterpiece of Gaudi

Just 20 min on train from they city, you will be able to see a workers settlement from a textil industry owned by Mr Guell several years ago. One of his main sponsors asked Gaudi to build a church for this workers, and he started a big Church wich may have been even bigger than Sagrada Familia. Finally Guell thought it was a bit too much and only the Crypt was finished, but it's a must see for his architectonic quality and his interior design. During the Civil War they had to fake his burning so that the furnishings and other valuable objects were not damagged. One of this objects were some drawings from the architect of his original project, wich should have been put onto auction between today and yesterday, but finally the police has stopped it because of some doubts of the legality of this auction. Finally the drawings will be kept on the MNAC until further decision of the judge.
